What is my account password?

When you first make an account with us you will be sent a welcome email containing a temporary password. From your account dashboard, you can change your password. Our welcome email sometimes shows up in peoples spam folders, so make sure you add us to trusted contacts.

Which payment methods are accepted?

All orders are processed through Stripe. No account is needed, they accept all major credit cards.

How long will delivery take?

Orders will usually arrive within 1 working day for North Island deliveries and 2 working days for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries may take an extra day.

Is my data protected?

Your personal information is always treated with the highest level of security and we will never give out your personal details to any other other individual, charity or business.

All the data you send us after registration and login (such as contact information, your profile, etc.) is SSL-encrypted (Secure Socket Layer). Should you cancel your account, we will delete your profile and all stored information.

Our website gets updated, upgraded, backed up and scanned for any threats/malware/virus everyday. All backend access passwords also gets changed regularly. We urge that you do the same, not just on our website, but anything you use electronically.

Are your products suitable for NZ?

Yes! All our products are certified for use in Australia and New Zealand.

Can I make a change to my order?

Yes! If you need to make changes to your order please let us know ASAP, and we can make changes for you before it ships. Once it has been shipped we can not make any changes.
